Characteristics of Products:
- The “taper shape” rollers make their ends rounding linear speed consistent with flat die, so it avoids dislocated friction which maybe created between rollers and die. In this way, it can reduce friction and save much energy consumption, lengthen die and rollers lift
- We adopt pressure adjusting systems by hydraulic pump or controlling center vertical shaft as well as its assistant adjusting equipments. In this way, it can adjust pressure between rollers and flat die to fit for different pressure ration materials ensuring the pellet density.
- Body of rollers are large and groove is broad
- Rollers are smoothly when working, its big body and unique design increase pressing place, increase production efficiency
- Machine adopts high pressure filtration and lubricating systems.
